Immigration is our primary practice: family-based petitions for spouses, fiancé(e)s, parents, children, and siblings; green cards and adjustment of status; removal of conditions (I-751); naturalization; asylum; deportation defense; DACA renewals; and TPS. We also handle joint petition divorces and living trusts in Nevada.

Yes. Immigration law is federal, so we represent clients in all 50 states by Google Meet, phone, email, and client portal. Attorney Alikhan is licensed in Nevada and in Ontario, Canada, and has been an AILA member since 2004.
